বিতরণ প্রক্রিয়া কিভাবে কাজ করে?
- আমাদের সিস্টেম আপনার অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া করার পর, আপনার পণ্যগুলি নিখুঁত অবস্থায় আছে তা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য পুঙ্খানুপুঙ্খভাবে পরিদর্শন করা হয়।
- চূড়ান্ত গুণমান যাচাইয়ের পরে, সেগুলি প্যাক করা হয় এবং আমাদের বিশ্বস্ত ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হয়। এটি সাধারণত আপনার অর্ডার স্থাপনের 72 ঘন্টার মধ্যে করা হয়।
- আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনাররা আপনার কাছে যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব প্যাকেজ নিয়ে আসবে। যদিও আমরা 2-3 দিনের মধ্যে আপনার পণ্য সরবরাহ করার জন্য যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করি, তবে কিছু দূরবর্তী অবস্থানে এটি আরও বেশি সময় নিতে পারে। যদি, আমাদের ডেলিভারি অংশীদাররা আপনার প্রদত্ত ঠিকানায় বা উপযুক্ত সময়ে পৌঁছাতে অক্ষম হয়, তারা সমস্যা সমাধানের জন্য আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে।
কিভাবে আইটেম প্যাকেজ করা হয়?
আমরা আমাদের পণ্যগুলিকে কার্ডবোর্ডের বাক্সে প্যাকেজ করি এবং চালানও এটির সাথে মোড়ানো থাকে। প্রতিটি পৃথক পণ্য পলি প্যাকে প্যাকেজ করা হয় । প্রয়োজনে ভঙ্গুর আইটেমগুলি অতিরিক্ত বাবল র্যাপ দিয়ে নিরাপদে সুরক্ষিত করা হয়ে থাকে৷
শিপিং খরচ অ-ফেরতযোগ্য
সময়ের সাথে সাথে ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার Hootum Pecha সংরক্ষণ করে।
ফ্রি ডেলিভারিঃ আমারা মাঝে মাঝে ব্যবসার প্রসার বাড়ানোর জন্য ক্রতাদের “ফ্রি ডেলিভারি” অফার করে করে থাকি। কাস্টমারদের ফ্রি ডেলিভারি দিলেও আমাদের কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস ডেলিভারি বাবদ ৭০টাকা থেকে ১৬০ টাকা আমাদের কে চার্জ করে থাকেন (এলাকা ভিত্তিতে) কিন্তু প্রায়ই এই সুযোগে কিছু মানুষ ফেক অর্ডার করে থাকেন, অর্থাৎ ইচ্ছাকৃত অর্ডার করে, পার্সেল ক্রেতার ঠিকানায় পৌঁছানোর পর পার্সেল রিসিভ করেন না। ফলশ্রুতিতে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস পার্সেল পাঠানো এবং আমাদের পর্যন্ত আবার ফেরত আনতে, কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস ১৫০ টাকা থেকে ৩০০ টাকা পর্যন্ত চার্জ করে থাকেন, যা আমাদের ব্যবসায়ে শ্রম, কর্ম ঘন্টা ও আর্থিক ক্ষতির সম্মুখীন হতে হচ্ছে। এ ক্ষেত্রে আমারা আমাদের এই অযাচিত ক্ষতি এড়ানোর লক্ষে এবং সঠিক ক্রেতাদের ভালো সার্ভিস দেবার লক্ষে আমারা ক্রেতাদের কাছে থেকে ৫০ টাকা অগ্রিম নিয়ে, অর্ডার কনফ্রাম করে থাকি। আমরা ক্রেতার পার্সেল কুরিয়ারে হস্তান্তর করার পূর্বে ক্রেতা তা অর্ডারটি কেন্সেল করলে অগ্রিম টাকা ফেরত পাবেন।কিন্তু পার্সেল, কুরিয়ারে হস্তান্তর করার পর কিংবা পার্সেল রিসিভ না করলে, রিটার্ন পলিসি অনুযায়ী প্রডাক্ট ফেরত আনার কুরিয়ার খরচ বাবদ ক্রেতার অগ্রিম হতে কর্তন করা হবে।
How does the delivery process work?
- Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
- After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. This is usually done within 72 hours of your order being placed
- Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. Though we try our best to get your products delivered within 2-3 days, but in some remote locations it may take longer. In case, our delivery partners are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
How are items packaged?
We package our products in cardboard boxes with your invoice wrapped with along with it. Each individual product is packaged in poly pack and additional bubble wrap.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Hootum Pecha reserves the right to modify the delivery charges over time.
Free Delivery: We occasionally offer “Free Delivery” to customers to promote business. Even if we give free delivery to customers, our courier service charges us 70 to 160 taka for delivery (based on area) but often some people make fake order on this occasion, i.e. make deliberate order, do not receive the parcel after reaching the address of the buyer. As a result, the courier service charges between 150 to 300 taka to send the parcel and bring it back to us, which costs our business labor, man hours and money. In this case, in order to avoid this unwanted loss and to provide good service to the right customers, we take Tk 50 in advance from the customers and confirm the order. If the buyer cancels the order before we hand over the parcel to the courier, the advance will be refunded. But after the parcel is handed over to the courier or if the parcel is not received, the courier cost of returning the product will be deducted from the buyer’s advance as per the return policy.
